Review policy documents with more context in Approval Pending

Approval Pending is not simply a yes-or-no queue. A reviewer needs the source document, the identity of the submitting user and enough context to decide whether the case is ready to become a policy record.

SIBRO now brings more of that information and the related review actions into the Approval Pending workflow.

What changed

  • Authorised users can download the source document directly from Approval Pending.
  • Direct policy bookings can show who submitted the case.
  • Approval-pending information can be downloaded for review and follow-up.
  • Policy documents received through approved email workflows can enter a structured review queue.
  • Import and validation checks help reviewers identify incomplete or unsuitable records earlier.

Why this matters

A reviewer should not have to ask a colleague to resend the document or explain where the case came from. Keeping the document, submitter and validation context together makes responsibility clearer and shortens the path to a decision.

Managers also gain a more useful view of work that has entered SIBRO but is not yet ready to become a final policy record.
