WHY IT MATTERS

Document-heavy work can slow down an otherwise simple policy process. Faster processing reduces the waiting time between receiving a document and making it available for review, validation and servicing.

Approval Pending is also more practical when reviewers can retrieve the source document without losing the context of the case. For partner-facing teams, clearer access to reconciled payout information reduces avoidable follow-ups and makes the calculation easier to explain.

Together, these changes improve the flow from document receipt to approval, policy access and payout visibility. Access continues to follow the permissions configured for each role.
