Auto-fill insurer proposal forms from SIBRO

When an insurer requires a proposal form, you can prepare it from the details already entered in SIBRO. For a configured fillable PDF template, SIBRO fills the mapped fields and gives you a draft to review. You can correct the form before saving and downloading it.

Create a proposal from an upcoming policy

  1. Go to Policies > Upcoming and open the relevant policy.
  2. Select Create Proposal. This option appears when a proposal template is connected to that policy. If more than one template is available, choose the one you need.
  3. Review the PDF that SIBRO has filled. Add or correct any details in the form as needed.
  4. Save and download the completed proposal. SIBRO also attaches the final file to the prospect's Proposal Attachment section.

You can return to the proposal later to edit or download it, or restart it when you need a fresh copy. Always check the filled details and the insurer's requirements before submitting the form.

Set up your insurer's form

An administrator first needs to add the insurer's fillable PDF at Settings > Templates > Proposal. Give the template a name, select the insurer and applicable policies, and upload the PDF. Then map its fillable fields to the corresponding standard or custom fields in SIBRO. This is a one-time setup for each template; once connected, the team can create proposals from matching upcoming policies.

This feature applies to insurer forms set up as fillable PDF templates. If Create Proposal is missing for a policy, check whether the appropriate template has been added and linked to that policy and insurer.
