Email-to-SIBRO policy document intake

Policy documents frequently arrive in a shared mailbox before they reach SIBRO. Downloading and uploading each attachment adds a repetitive step and creates room for missed cases.

WHAT WE ARE PLANNING

Allow authorised mailboxes to forward or submit policy documents for structured intake into SIBRO. Incoming files could enter an approval queue where a user reviews the document and links or creates the appropriate record.

WHY IT COULD HELP

Teams can keep email as a receiving channel while moving the actual work into a visible, controlled queue. This should reduce manual uploads and make unprocessed documents easier to identify.
