Employee e-cards in EB welcome emails

A welcome email is most useful when it helps a covered employee take the next step immediately.

WHAT WE ARE PLANNING

Include relevant employee-benefit e-cards in welcome communication when they are available and approved for distribution. The message would give the member a clearer starting point for accessing healthcare benefits.

WHY IT COULD HELP

Employees would spend less time asking HR or the servicing team to resend a card. HR teams would have a more complete onboarding communication, and brokers could reduce repetitive service requests after a group policy goes live.
