Partners and POSPs need a simpler view of their own business without being exposed to the complexity of the internal SIBRO workspace.

A more focused Partner Portal with clearer navigation, useful policy access and better visibility of relevant reconciled payout statements. Relationship managers also gain clearer POSP context in connected workflows.

WHY IT HELPS

Partners can answer common policy and payout questions with less back-and-forth. Relationship managers can see who is connected to the case, while the broking firm continues to control access and the information made available.
