Stop unsuitable and duplicate records before policy booking
Errors are easier to prevent before a record enters the policy workflow than to correct after the same information has reached servicing, accounts and reporting.
SIBRO now applies clearer safeguards during imports and quote selection so unsuitable or duplicate records can be identified earlier.
What changed
- Quote selection can prevent the use of insurer companies that are not live for the intended workflow.
- Validation and duplicate checks can stop avoidable records before they enter the operational queue.
- Import workflows can omit POSP name and category when those values should not be carried into the receiving record.
Why this matters
A value that is acceptable in one workflow may be inappropriate in another. Likewise, an insurer or product should not be selectable merely because it exists in a master if it is not active for that transaction.
Applying these checks at the point of entry reduces downstream clean-up. Operations teams receive a more dependable queue, accounts teams work with cleaner records and reports are less likely to reproduce avoidable data problems.
Availability
The safeguards depend on the insurer, product, import and access configuration used by each organisation.
