Secure time-limited policy document access

Policy documents often need to be shared with a customer, colleague or authorised partner. Permanent public links are convenient, but they are not an appropriate default for sensitive records.

WHAT WE ARE EXPLORING

Secure links that expire after a defined period and can be governed by the organisation. The design may include access duration, revocation, download controls and a record of when a link was created.

WHY IT COULD HELP

Teams could share a document quickly without turning it into a permanently accessible file. Time limits and revocation provide a practical layer of control when information needs to leave the main SIBRO workspace.
