A report is useful only when the person reading it can identify the business and take the next action. POS codes and invoice dates reduce the need to cross-check another screen, while better Business Statement filtering helps teams narrow a large dataset to the cases they actually need.

Clearer validation is equally important. When a required value or format is wrong, the user can find the affected custom field faster instead of checking the entire form.
