We started as a 1-month project to replace Excel sheets for our Director's cousin's insurance firms. It took four months of tweaking to solve the main issue. In the end, we created an easy-to-use software that made our customers happy.

As word spread, more brokers and agencies discovered our software and liked it. They began buying it, and as our customer base grew, we faced new challenges. We added features like multi-branch support and TPA integration while removing rarely used ones, to better meet our customers' needs.
